Book an online private 1-on-1 session with James Jabbour and get expert guidance in any and every area of yoga as a daily practice. You may request a private class, a Q&A session, or a combination of the two. This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about any aspect of yoga that interests you, and to fine-tune your practice with direct professional guidance by an E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor. This session allows you to ask him any questions related to yoga, in order to get a direct in-depth response. You may also use this time for personal guidance in regards to any part of your practice. Example yogic topics include: chanting, sanskrit, asanas (yoga poses), mudras (seals/gestures), bandhas (locks), pranayama/kriya (breath & energy work), dhyana (meditation), yoga nidra (yogic sleep), yoga sutras (yogic philosophy, including the scientific 8 steps of yoga), chakras (energy centers), devotion from the heart, and much more. Online private sessions are limited, and appointment times are subject to approval.
